Electrode technology

The right electrode for every scenario

g.SAHARA is a hybrid active electrode for dry or gel use: no hair washing, ideal for high-altitude medicine and remote field conditions. g.SCARABEO is a gel-based active electrode with built-in impedance check: low artefacts and high signal quality even in sports applications with intense movement such as jumping and running.

Independent comparison

Signal quality, proven

In an article by Thea Radüntz published in Frontiers, the g.Nautilus Research system with g.LADYbird active and g.SAHARA active dry electrodes was shown to deliver the highest brain-signal quality. The study compared artefact counts in resting-state signals recorded with different wireless EEG headsets.

  • Fewest artefacts in the comparison
  • Published in Frontiers
  • Independent validation
